Hello, my name is Naresh Goyal, I am a resident of Hisar Haryana.
I have been suffering from serious epilepsy for the past 10 years.
I was treated for four years in the strength of Neurocare centre at the Tayal Garden, Hisar, but due to the absence of funds my family got a check in Jindal Hospital, Hisar, Haryana, and started treatment there again. Due to the cost of treatment, the family economic situation has become very weak now. My father has left me with the reason that the burden is now on my mother. The doctor said that the treatment can go very long but due to my poor family financial situation, I am unable to get treatment.
So I have selected this medium and I hope you all will definitely help me some. Please help me and donate.

नमस्कार मेरा नाम नरेश गोयल है, मैं हिसार हरियाणा का रहने वाला हूं।
मैं पिछले 10 साल से मिर्गी के गंभीर रोग से ग्रसित हूं।
शक्ति न्युरोकेयर सेंटर तायल गार्डन हिसार में मेरा 4 साल इलाज चला लेकिन अधिक लाभ नही होने के कारण मेरे परिवार ने दूसरे हस्पताल जिंदल हस्पताल हिसार हरियाणा में चेक करवाया और वहा फिर से इलाज शुरु हुआ।

इलाज बहुत खर्चीला होने के कारण पारिवारिक आर्थिक हालात अब बहुत कमजोर हो चुके है।
मेरे पिताजी ने भी मेरा साथ छोड दिया है जिस वजह से सारा बोझ अब मेरी माता जी पर है।

डॉक्टर ने कहा कि इलाज बहुत लंबा चल सकता है, लेकिन मेरी खराब पारिवारिक आर्थिक स्थिति के कारण मे इलाज करवाने मे असमर्थ हूं।
इसलिए मैने यह माध्यम चुना है और मुझे आशा है आप सभी मेरी कुछ ना कुछ मदद अवश्य करेंगे।
