My name is Narayana Reddy and I am here to raise funds for myself. I have been diagnosed with End-stage renal disease. The only treatment for the disease is Liver and Renal Transplant surgery. I am admitted in AIG Hospitals for the same and the estimated package is Rs. 35 Lacs.
