Hi Enclosed is the medical report of my husband's uncle Narashmihan who is undergoing treatment for Acute Renal Failure. his both Kidney is not functioning & undergoing dialysis for past one week water got accumulated in his body doctors has advice for two more weeks of dialysis. he don't have kids to support him financially. we have done as much possible we can do to help him but we need more amount to freeze is medical expenses. requesting you all to support for him.
