Hi, I am Shivaji Motamari, and I am here to help my Uncle Naraiah Motamari to fight his Cardiac illness. We are a farming family and we hail from a small town of Laxmapur of Amrabad mandal in Mehbubnagar district. My uncle, Naraiah, is 38 years old and developed severe breathing issue along with vomiting and had to be rushed to Yashoda hospital, Secunderabad for further treatment. He was diagnosed with severe Left Ventricle dysfunction,  CAD-ACS-AWMI and QRBBB. He had to be operated upon immediately and was in critical care for a few days post operation. My uncle is the sole breadwinner for his family and is yet to completely recover from the surgery and the treatment is a long way to go. The Hospital management and the doctors were really generous in helping us reduce the bill and though we could manage our initial finances, the treatment is really heavy on our pockets for which we are asking help from you.
