1. INTRODUCTION TO OUR PROJECTS:
I want to introduce you some problems faced by our Farmers child in their education life from 1-12standard at village.
1. Maximum farmers child are studying at village in Govt School. Then they are facing lot of problems in that case not good, improper education, then that case they are totally depends on private coaching, even they are got degree but not get jobs due to lake communication skills, awareness many more problems etc.
Private coaching have more problems create with that child’s'. Which are following?
(a) Which took high fee as comparable to farmers income( everyone know average farmers income has 6400/month, how will to that effectively used for their child, can we not take any action for our healthy food grower).
(b) Not teach by well qualified teachers, even coaching center owners not complete their own graduation, those are Students in Some other school or college going then become coaching center owner.
(c) there target only making money, there teaching style is only for clearing the exam, not connected to students to real life systems what actual concept behind ,all think.
(d) That is case not create awareness in farmers child’s. Those students are moral, attitude, communication skill very poor as comparatively with city Level students.
And many more problems are faced farmer's child’s ,we know every approx 60-70% population are living in village, and our village youth going in wrong direction But they have their own dreams and talents.
2. In village one more common think in farmer, they not shows interest to teach there girl’s because they think girls will get married gone, she will gone with their husband what need to teach her.
So we want to provide free education for girls and change that think.
Let go to know solution of the all above problems-
We know todays lot of technology available for doing anything in world.
So I have solutions of farmers child's which farmers are grow healthy food for our family so we want to do something.
We want to establish one of organization, which fully based on technology.
2. OUR OBJECTIVE
1. We would Established one mini education institution in every village in all over India (k-12standared) in 5-10 km radius. Their cost will be approx. 1-2lakh each (technology equipment, building rent, electricity, seating facility, other utility etc.). We will teach to students same content which actually running in their school; Means output is come no coaching need to students after our teaching.
2. We will Hired well qualified teacher for teaching, according standards wise.
3. That institution will operated by video conference, live classes with full interaction with students.
4. All facility will provide to farmer’s children in their own village According needs.
Notes, careers, guidance, improve communication skills etc.
5. At every institution 1-2experts will be appointment, which would be providing local help to students.
3. BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS:
There only one problem money
If we run this project in this season August 2019 in approximate minimum 20-25 village we need nearly 25-30lakh. How it collect, so I have a plan if India population 1.25 billion, from that only 1 lakh people contribute only 30 rupees (UPI ID FOR DONATION- “mengineer614@okaxis) each then our problem solved. I hope our mission trial is successfully run then go to big level means in all over India and within a some year we can see change in India.
I know someone not ready lose their 30 rupees no issue if can only use your 30-60 second and then pass on this message to your social profile and contacts, its one type of help.
If fund not rise from donor then we plan to charge minimum fee of students that was 500 Rupees full course fee, for continuous running of this projects that fund totally used for employees and other facility.
4. DESIRE IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT:-
1. We know farmers do suicide; it will stop because their child educated and father was believed on that my son can do anything for us in future.
One hope will create in their mind (farmer) if we not clear our loan but my son will clear in future.
2. If farmer’s child got best job, govt job, or become business men. Then will one type of revolutionary changed come and wealth earning will increases, and then decrees whose living below poverty line.
3. One more think change about girls if girls get selected in any govt organizations for higher post, then farmers think also changed about girls.
Village girls would also participate for growth of India. Many thinks also changed about girls in villages. That one type positive impact on our society.
4. We not say farmers child are not educated, but they have lack of awareness, so that people completed their graduation then starting farming because they don’t know which type of jobs are available in market according their qualification no body guide him/her. So that think also changed.
5. We are going to centralized education system, mean same education for everyone. We can see one common problems that are all students are learn same syllabus contents and hard work but not getting same marks or not near same, what problems behind that I think that was lack of knowledge in teacher whose teach him/her.
So how this will solve, we are going to hired well qualified and professional teachers for all, whose teachers are passionate for teaching.
5. DETAILED BUDGET REQUIREMENT:
