My name is Bhanjana Priya Das and I am here to raise funds for my mother Namita Das  who is 45 years old. Namita Das lives with family,  in Udalguri, Assam.

Namita Das is suffering from Kidney Disease from the past few months. She is going for Medication  at Private Hospital Guwahati, Assam. Currently she is admitted and need Further Treatment.
