Hello, I am Mayank Sahu. I am starting this fundraiser for my father Nalini Ranjan Sahu, who had to undergo a liver transplant on 16.09.21 for Liver Cirrhosis at Dr. Rela Institute and Medical Centre, Chennai. However, unlike most patients, he continued to suffer from multiple complications and is still in the ICU here on and off ventilation, over 2 months after transplant.

As is well known, ICU treatment including a ventilator is very expensive. To date, the total expenses have touched Rs 1.2 crore and each day in ICU is costing Rs 1.5 lac/day, with pending dues left yet. Having extinguished all savings and loan options, we desperately need Rs 50,00,000 in 20days to continue treatment and support his fighting spirit.
