ABOUT

Kingpin Racing is a team of ebullient engineers who constantly strive to push the limits of Formula Student Racing. The team consists of 25 students from the Mechanical Department of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani Campus. Founded in the year 2016, the team has participated in Supra 2017 and 2018. As the team has gained a lot of experience and has had a prodigious improvement from 2 editions of FSAE Supra, we have decided to increase our participation to FMAE FFS and Formula Bharat for the upcoming year.

OUR TEAM

Our crew has created 2 cars which have taken part in the event. Legacy managed to secure 105th in the all India rankings whereas Endurance being lighter and faster than its predecessor made its mark by ranking 57th in the same.

OUR DREAM !

We consider our team, a family. Since the inception of the team in 2016, we had one dream – To build a car that leaves more than just tire marks on the race track. For the past two years, we’ve constantly strived to make a perfect race car that will help us realize this dream. The third edition of the car will house the best components which will propel our car faster to the finish line. As a sponsor, you get to be a part of making this dream come true. Every car we make has our blood, our sweat and our prayers embedded in it, because that’s the Kingpin way.

N Nagasudhan takes leading role in the team (for sponsorship). The donations are not only beneficial for Nagasudhan, it will be very helpful for the above mentioned 25 team members to make a successful car for SAE SUPRA 2019.
