200 million - that's the number of girls that are illiterate in India.

Although in recent years India has progressed, the education system still has a long way to go. Girls often drop out of school due to child marriage, school fees, sexual violence, and lack of sanitary facilities. In fact, 44.5% of the female population in India is married before the age of 18.

Our aim is to empower future female generations in India by funding them with a holistic education that builds their confidence to be more socially aware citizens.

Vidyottama Foundation is a non-profit organisation that aims to fund the education of underprivileged girls in rural communities across Uttar Pradesh. They provide additional resources in the form of books, courses and workshops that help them reach their goal of providing holistic education in India.
Myna Mahila Foundation is a globally recognised women's health and employment organization based in the slums of Mumbai. They have impacted over 6,00,000 women at their doorstep with health products and services and aim to reach 2 million beneficiaries by 2025.
The Myna Mahila X Vidyottama campaign aims to expand opportunities for women in urban slum communities in Bombay in the areas of education.

All funds received will go towards the tuition fees, school books & supplies, uniform and transportation for the upcoming academic year.

Your donations will go a long way in supporting the education of girls who lack the financial resources required to continue their schooling.
