Mr. Murugha of 34 years old is suffering from chronic kidney failure from past 10 years.
When he was young in his teens, his both kidneys failed.
His parents had in fact lost all hope until his father donated his one kidney to him.

After his first kidney transplant surgery, he was normal,
and that kidney supported him for 10 years and now it has
again started to deteriorate and giving complications.
Now he is unable to eat or sleep and continue his normal life.
He started losing his weight by more than 20 kgs in a matter of 2 weeks.
Day by day, though being on medications,
his condition started getting worse and worse so much
that he is on Maintenance Hemodialysis,
a treatment for severe kidney failure (also called renal failure or end-stage renal disease) for every
alternate day/every day and requires an urgent need for a Kidney Transplantation Surgery to be done.
Looking at his devastating condition, his wife is all ready to donate her kidney to him.
Despite being surrounded by so many troubles, Murugha is still strong in faith and has not lost hope.
I'm one of his family friend/sister and would like to help him & his family in this ordeal.
