Murugasamy, 58 years old, a Deaf & Dumb person, is one of the most cheerful and most giving soul. He is a good sports player especially in Foot Ball. He has been working for deaf welfare and development for past 35 years. With his help and support more than 500 deaf children have completed their basic education. some of them continuing their higher studies and some of them are working in various fields and raising their standard of living.
He met with a bike accident 3 Months back. He was admitted in Intensive Care Unit in the Government Hospital due to a brain injury from the accident. He has Suffered Brainstem stroke which has rendered him Paralytic of all 4 Limbs, with difficulty in Swallowing.   With the Govt doctors abandoned, they said he was going to die within hours. We are shocked and discharged him, With the help of deaf members and good-hearted friends he was immediately taken to the St.Isabel's  hospital in Mylapore, Chennai  and his life was saved in 24 hours.
He was getting treatment under specialised doctors to stop the internal bleeding. If we continue the treatment he will recover soon and continuing his service for Deaf community.
We need help to pay for his hospital bill and for other medical requirements including daily medicine and a wheelchair. The total cost of the expenses is Rs.5,87,000. He lives alone and his financial condition is unable to bear this high-cost treatment. He needs urgent help with funds to continue his treatment.
