I am rounding off the figure to the nearest ten thousand rupees and asking for Rs.30,000 instead, assuming there will be some charges levied by the payment gateway and perhaps some fee payable to this website.

Being poor, he has no money of his own. He has borrowed some money from his landlord and is still asking around discreetly.

However, he needs to deposit the money by tomorrow, i.e. 5th June 2021 so that the doctors may start operating on his daughter.
