Mr. Chandrakant Dhatrak has been battling COVID in Hospital for a month now and is currently in an extremely critical state. He was on Ventilator until 2 weeks back and has bravely fought to pull through.

His lungs were damaged due to fibrosis and had to go for Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) in order to heal and get back on the path to recovery. He has been responding well to the treatment during the last 10 days, and doctors are optimistic about his recovery.

The Total expected Cost of this treatment is ~ INR 50 Lakhs.
Over the course of the last month, his Insurance cover has been exhausted. While his family is organizing additional funds, we had wanted to support them. To this effect, a voluntary fundraising campaign is also being initiated.
