I'm Monson Ouseph who is 29years old, born at a small village of Alapuzha,Kerala. 

I am a Kidney patient doing dialysis thrice weekly in Mahajubilee Memorial Hospital. For that it costs me around Rs. 25000 for one month. In my family my mother is going for household work. I'm having 3 children 5years, 3years, 1year. I'm not able to go for any work due to my sickness.

Please help me for my treatment.
