This unprecedented Pandemic has respected no boundary or population. It has struck the daily wage-earners and migrants the hardest. To ensure their safety, health and mindfulness of their children, Naya Savera Trust has started this fundraiser to provide reusable cotton masks, cooked meal and books to the needy. After donating to the PM-CARES fund, our second inititiave is to empower needy societies for future as well. This fund will help us set community kitchens in the various areas to make its residents self reliant. The lockdown has affected students of government schools who cannot afford to take online classes, we will distribute books to them so that they are not devoid of any source of learning and also keep them busy. The amount is small as it intends to provide a foundational support to these initiatives which will be taken over by the beneficiaries of this programme post lockdown period. All the rules of lockdown will be strictly abided by and distribution will be done with permission from the government.
Our trust has worked extensively with Delhi Police before and for this initiative as well, work will be done collaboratively so that maximum population benefits from it.
