Help us Save Indian Street Dogs

Born out of negligence and forced to live next to busy roads, Indian street dogs are starved, mistreated and run over every single day.
Because of not being vaccinated, they die from deadly diseases such as Parvo, Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis and sometimes out of sheer human cruelty. Little puppies suffer miserably and there is nothing worse than witnessing the loss of innocent lives.
We have come across so many heartwrenching cases and no matter how hard we try, feeding, vaccinating and Sterilising them is the only option we can rely on in the long run!
The sad reality in India is that stray pups die on the streets while people are busy buying pedigree dogs from backyard breeders. While it is impossible to change the shallow mentality, we want to do our bit in saving as many street dogs as we can.
As much as we like the idea of sweetest pups with the dreamiest eyes, it is devastating to see them suffer all their lives.
We are a bunch of rescue volunteers based out of Dharamshala and we are taking a small initiative to look after the street dogs in nearby areas and get them vaccinated and sterilized. if we are lucky enough to collect more funds, we can even try to eventually find homes for these dogs.
Although this journey is going to be challenging, our streeties are ready to fight for a better life. Needless to say, we need your help now more than ever!

The money that we collect will be used for:-
-  Feeding street dogs
-  6in1 Vaccine and Rabies Vaccine
-  Reflective Collars
-  Spay and Neuter plus Post-Op care
-  Basic First aid essentials
-  Dog food
-  Any emergency Case
-  Rehoming abandoned dogs

Since 2018, we have managed to get four dogs adopted (one in India and three overseas), two females sterilized and few street dogs rescued just in time. None of this would have been possible without people who supported us at every step and helped us achieve this.
Please donate and help spread the word. Your donation will help us save countless lives. It will mean the world to our Indian street dogs.

*We Need your Help*
Being a street dog in India is nothing more than endless suffering. I cannot express in words what condition these dogs live in and what hardships they go through every single day to survive. Puppies like Lucy and Brownie stand no chance on the horrible streets and that is why we have decided to give them a chance at a better life!

Their families are waiting for them and we desperately need your support to help them reach their forever homes in the U.S.
The earlier we are able to send them home, the more lives we can save! We have been receiving so many abandoned cases including few weeks old puppies,  and dogs with severe health problems. We cannot not help these dogs who need to be rescued just like Lucy and Brownie.
Please contribute towards their travel expenses and help them live a better life than the streets of India.

 Please donate for these two!
As big as the goal may sound, we trust our supporters for they have never failed us, and never will❤️
Each donation and share matters.

*We have NEWS*
Being a street dog in India is not easy and we all would agree to that. When it comes to puppies, they barely make it on the busy roads. Brownie and Lucy are few of those countless pups  who end up spending all their lives on the streets of India.
But because of so many amazing people like you sharing Lucy and Brownie's adoption appeal, they have finally managed to find HOMES overseas!
After many failed attempts at local adoptions, I am trying to raise funds for two of my rescued pups who stand no chance on the harsh streets of India. They need your help to reach their homes and live the life they both deserve. Would you he willing to make their dreams come true??
Please help them live a better life today!
Every penny you donate brings them one step closer to their forever families.
Please skip one expensive coffee today and take pride in saving a street dog's life. Kindly spread the word and share in your circle.
These pups will be forever grateful to you!

*URGENT ADOPTION APPEAL*
Ms. Lucy was born on a sad monsoon night when sky was rumbling and stars were nowhere to be seen. She had three more siblings who couldn't survive long as fleas and ticks showed no mercy to their frail, little bodies. Luckily she managed to find a shelter in a place where a nearby family used to dump their trash. Trash is not her favorite place to sleep on but hey, street dogs don't get to choose, right?

The people who used to look after her temporarily are about the leave the place, leaving her behind.
My precious girl doesn't know what harsh streets hold for innocent puppies like her. She is too small to survive on her own as her mother has also decided to change her territory. She lives right next to a busy road, something we all are afraid of when it comes to dogs in India.
Every time I go see her, I am scared that she may not even be there.

We are desperately looking for someone who can adopt Ms. Lucy. Like every other dog in this wide wide world, we know Lucy's humans are out there, somewhere! If you'd like to become her family, do get in touch with us. Please help us spread the word and reach her forever humans.Every share brings this little munchkin a little closer to her home❤️
Please share in your circle.
Overseas adoptions (U.S./Canada) possible.
