జAm Working as a Electrician,am having no money to treatment or my son, he suffered from appendicitis, and fits, ADHD mind problem,optical nerve damage of left eye, now drs says doing operation to his squint eyes expenditure is 100000,wt should I do am a poor person, am not baring such amount, please help for my son, am  living in rented home
