We, as humans, are the most fragile and at the same time most phenomenal being in this world. We are in constant battles from our childhood, be it the inner demons or the outer world. Here is a small story about one such human, who had fought all the battles from his childhood. He was born with one younger brother and younger sister. He lived in a very small place, but had a big heart. He joined our college, where everyone is a newbie with no seniors to guide us, he quickly became part of everyone’s favorite list. I think he is one of those people, everyone loved, as a friend, like a family member, like a brother. Losing his father during college time, he had more things to take care of. He had to take care of his education, his brother, his sister, his mom, financial issues, so much more that a normal college going student can handle. He didn’t break, instead he became stronger and fought back with determination. He always smiles, and never shows his sad face to anyone. From there, he pushed his family to a much stable position, with both his brother and sister in a good working status today. He was married late and started living a normal life along with his wife and son. Then the pandemic came. This time it was not a battle, a war, waged by the most cruel COVID against the whole world. He fought against it mid last year and won, but late last year he lost the war, may his soul rest in peace, and left his family and friends. His name is Mohanraj, who studied with us in TEC CSE.
Whoever is reading this, may have seen a lot of people succumb to COVID, leaving family behind. We all have our own battles to fight, but we could also provide a small hand in helping the family to get back on their feet and get strength to fight their own battle.

Funds will be used to support Mohan's family and support Srivathsan's education. Thankyou
