This is a very difficult letter for me to write but many avenues seem to have been closed to me so I hope you can take the time to read my story. I am a student living in straitened circumstances and in dire need of your financial support due to the grave situation I'm facing right now for my education.
I’m Mohammed Shaheen,21yrs residing at Palluruthy, Kochi, Kerala. I’m a student who is pursuing medicine(MBBS) in The Republic Of the Philippines. I completed my +2 in 2017. From my childhood itself, I have always dreamed of becoming a doctor. I completed my +2 by scoring A+ for all subjects(93%). This helped to get admission for MBBS in the Philippines as those countries don't have any entrance exams for admission to MBBS courses and admit you to medicine on basis of your marks. With the help of many, I have completed 3 years of my education in The Philippines.
The estimated cost for my education was INR13,00,000. My father is a daily wage worker. We live in a rented house for the past 13 years. I'm the second child of my father's 3 children. It's very unfortunate to know that banks provide education loans above 7.5Lakhs, only to those who have collateral to pledge. How come someone living in a rented house has collateral.? I currently availed of a loan amount of Rs.7,50,000 in STATE BANK OF INDIA, Palluruthy Branch.
Due to current covid situations, my father who is a daily wage worker is devoid of works. I'm unable to pay my tuition fee.
I want to become a doctor. It's very sad to see the rich enjoying all the pleasures of life and getting management seats for INR.80 Lakhs and poor people like me struggling for a few lakhs. I know that no one will help me with such a huge amount but a small help from your side can make a big change in my life. My family looks forward to me. I’m sure that I will become a successful doctor in life. I'm very bright in my studies. I got A1 for all subjects in my 10th examination. Luck never favors us all the time. Now God has given me an opportunity to fulfill my dream.
Kindly help me.
