We all celebrate our birthdays lavishly, few of us throw money on expensive dinners or may be on tables in night clubs, or few of us go to luxurious vacations to feel important just for 1 day in 365 days , which is actually just like any other day of the year to be honest.
I wont deny I have also had these ways to celebrate! But we all have that moment in our lives when we realize life is much bigger than these temporary and short ecstatic fun and happiness.

I pledged to keep my phone switch off for 1 day. I can reply to all the wishes may be an hour before I go to bed. I have spent 5-6 birthdays in my entire life with the unpriviledged children, but this year I want no cake , no music, no birthday caps on them- I don't want to make them feel- what I have they dont have! I just want to take them out for a getaway from the hustling capital city of India where they can breathe fresh air, talk to someone they dont usually, play games in the grass, with ball, with mud, with ropes- and hence make me feel a better person for 1 day - on my birthday!
