MIWF is committed to feeding the poor families during the COVID lockdown. We are identifying poor families through local Imams and our volunteer teams who are working on the ground.
Please donate generously to those hardest hit by COVID-19 lockdown.
- We are targeting slum areas were daily wage earners and poor people live and are working with local Masjid Imams and our volunteers to identify needy families.
- Once the families are identified we either tie-up with the local grocery stores to give the ration kit to the needy family or our volunteers will deliver the food packets at their doorstep.
- The food packet we have planned will have rice, wheat/wheat flour, sugar, tea, pulses and oil which will be enough for a family of 5 to sustain for 21 days lockdown.
