I Milan Gandhi am running a campaign to provide food and ration to the 130 families of guides and drivers of Melghat Tiger reserve in collaboration with Melghat tiger conservation Foundation.

The supplies that will be directly procured from farmers and manufacturers of the region and sent to Forest department for distribution includes:
10kg Rice
10kg wheat
2kg Salt
500gm chilli powder
500gm turmeric powder
500gm coriander powder
1kg sugar
1kg besan
2kg toor daal
2kg moong daal
2litre Oil
100gm Garam Masala

At the rate of Rs. 1650/- per bundle. The total cost is estimated to be Rs. 2,14,500.

With the outbreak of COVID -19, tourism has been shut in all wildlife areas; the drivers and the guides who toured us, tracked the animals and responsible for the wonderful sightings, are worst hit during these testing times.
