My name is Swamy Naidu and I am here to raise funds for my friend Mekara Madhavarao who is 30 years old. We both are from the same village. I've known Mekara Madhavarao for 25 years. He is currently working as agricultural labour.

Mekara Madhavarao lives in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh with a spouse, 8 years old son & A one year daughter. He met with an accident 2 months ago. He is currently admitted and receiving General ward treatment at Apollo Hospitals Ramnagar Vizag. Until now, we have spent about Rs.3,00,000.
