Our cook (Sharada) is in need of financial help to meet her medical expenses. She and her husband are undergoing COVID treatment at RIMS Hospital (Ongole, Andhra Pradesh). Her husband is in ICU on a ventilator while she is in quarantine recovering slowly. Her husband got his first dose of Remidisivir today (22 May 2021) and we hope he will be out of this soon.

This ordeal was not kind to her finances and her family. She spent close to Rs 2.5 lacs to date and there will be more. She lost her father and cousin too in the last 2 days to Covid.

We extended a good amount of monetary help to date but looks like they will need more in the coming days. We expect and seeking your help to raise another Rs 3 lacs to support not just their current medical needs (tests, medicines, hospital bills) but other immediate exigencies her family will face because of Covid.
