Hello kind people , I am writing this letter with large hope in my heart. My little cousin who is only 14 years old. Has been diagnosed with paralyzed in his two legs. Doctor has informed he need surgery at the earliest. I am desperate need financial help for his treatment. His family tried all possible woy To arrange money but large amount beyond the reach a poor family.

His father is a poor farmer  who has also  one hand paralysed. Mother is a housewife who help his father farming.
 
Only your kind help can help him to start a new life. He can back again school and do all his work like a normal child.
