My name is Md Anjum Rizwana and I am here to fundraise for my father Md Abdul miya.He is residing in Jangaon, Telangana. He has been diagnosed with Neuromuscular Disease. my father’s treatment is impossible for us because this treatment very costly. 1.My father has to take the homeopathic German medicine which costs 15000 rupees monthly, to   continue 31/2years which cost 72000+Doctors fee.
2. He needs daily physiotherapy which cost 840000. to continuing  31/2 years.

4. He needs to take protein and nutrients rich food for the muscle development. For continuous    treatment for full recovery. It is estimated that the total costs around 30+Lakhs
