From 1st Feb to 28th Feb - Healthy bakes, being baked by OMBC bakers for city specific social causes that can make a difference to our world will be sold online to raise funds for those NGOs to meet those needs. See list below of needs and NGOs.
This online link is mainly for those who cannot / do not want to bake and do the online fundraiser but do want to contribute to the causes.
Whatever is raised through this will be used in meeting any short falls that will happen if the bake sales do not generate the extent of funds that are needed for those causes. If the bake sales meet their targets, this will be used to cover the same causes for a longer duration, for the exact same purpose.

LECIN (Let’s Educate Children in Need) provides quality-focused early childhood education to children from low-income communities. Even though the focus is to educate young children, the funds from this bake sale will be used for a different purpose. They will go towards the payment of salaries of community teachers employed by LECIN. Currently, 5 women from neighbouring community work with them on a full-time basis earning.
Being trained by LECIN has improved their skills as teachers and helped them gain self-confidence and expand the potential of their capabilities. The teachers are women who had given up their hopes and aspirations in the past to only be housewives. Working with LECIN has given them the chance to dream and explore again.
With their earnings, they are able to support their household expenses as well as pay for the education of their own children. Their greatest win is the respect that they have received in their community.
Total funds needed -
Monthly - ₹30,000
Yearly - ₹3,60,000
With your help, we can continue changing their dreams into reality.
