My name is Jitendra Batham and I am here to raise funds for family member Manit Batham who is 11 years old. Manit Batham lives in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh with his parents. He is a student. To make a living, his father works as a self-employed. 

Manit Batham is suffering from Acute Fulminant Hepatic Failure. He has been advised for a Liver transplant. He is admitted and receiving medication at Lala Lajpat Rai Hospital. 

Until now, we've spent about Rs.1,60000. We've arranged amounts from savings & loans.
