Hi My name is Chandra Prakash Tiwari and I am raising funds for Uncle, Manish Sharma. He is Shopkeeper. He is the sole bread-earner which makes it very difficult for his family to bear the expenses of his treatment. His monthly income only amounts up to Rs. 6000.He has a wife, two children, a mother, He has been fighting Congenital Heart Disease. Need Emergency Heart Bypass Surgery.. He is currently undergoing treatment at Infinity Heart Institute Jabalpur. He has been suffering for one month and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Surgery is his only hope at getting better and living a normal life. He needs a Heart surgery urgently. His treatment will cost approximately Rs. 250000. We are unable to pay for the treatment due to He is a shopkeeper and also a father of two little kids, out of which one is having Down's syndrome. His wife is also a heart patient who got her surgery 3 years ago.

All of us are eagerly awaiting his recovery. Once he gets better, I'm sure he would love to He will back to his home and his little kids will able to see their father again.. It is an emergency, please do as quick as you can. He got an attack on 24 Feb 2019, because of availability of hospital nearby he get back to life with immediate angioplasty. All his savings went into this. But doctor gave warning to do bypass surgery within 10 days otherwise life is in trouble again. Please help.
