Manikandan is 5years old surviving child with urination problem due to Exstrophy of bladder. His father and mother are very poor and don't have enough fund to treat the child. Manikandan also not going to school due this issue, doing this treatment earlier will help his future. Please help the child to fight the decease.

Some of the symptom of the decease: 

• Incontinence, the inability to hold urine (wetting).
• The muscles of the bladder are not working properly.
• Spasticity (stiffness) of the bladder.
• Shrinking of the bladder.
