Support Mangesh in getting a kidney transplant

Mangesh is an immensely hardworking and extremely gifted kid pursuing his life long dream of becoming a Product Designer at the country's most reputed design school National Institute of Design.
Detected with kidney failure over a year ago, and living off dialysis didn't deter him from continuing to attend classes and produce some extra-ordinary products as a part of course work.

He comes from an extremely humble background. All the savings of his family gathered over years have exhausted in his dialysis thats needed to be done three times a week. After a lot of patience and tests the doctors finally found his mother's kidney to be compatible with his, and considering the pressure that the dialysis procedure is building on his heart the operation needs to be done asap.

Anyone who has met Mangesh, even briefly can't help but fall in love with his genuineness, passion for design and optimism. This kid deserves to get better, this kid is a designer the world needs right now!

Lets contribute what ever we can and help him design a better life for himself and everyone around him

Dear Supporters,

Thank you all for the love and support. Your support has been truly inspiring and amazing. We are eternally grateful to each and every one of the donors and for the support from Milaap for bringing him back to life.

Mangesh is doing really well at present, he has the glow on his face back. He is back to his college, National Institute of Design, and is pursuing his course with full zeal now. His mother, the donor, is also absolutely fine now. Here is a picture of them both.

This is another picture of him outside NID with a friend, all charged up and working hard on his designs:

Thank you all for standing with him at a time of need. Your support has given a life and happiness to many people.

Thanks

The operation was successfully done. Mangesh is in isolation right now on his way to recovery. The next few years are critical for recovery and there will be some medication he needs to take for the rest of his life. But so far so good, he looks so much better and healthier right now.

Thank you soo much for every single person who helped raise this amount for Mangesh.
