After my husband left my alone  3 years back, the responsibility of taking care of my 2 kids I have started to selling flowers to feed my family, as I am the only person, I wanted to be a pillar of strength for my kids. I was confident that I would be able to tackle the challenges that life threw at me. But little did I imagine that I would fall sick with utters appendix disease soon after – my entire world came crashing down. From then, it has been a downhill ride for me. I have lost all my confidence and instead of supporting my family, I have become completely dependent on flower selling daily basis where I can earn Rs.150 per day.
 
My life before this disease was simple, yet so exciting. My schedule was like this - I would manage our family in the morning going to market and purchase flowers and selling on the roadside.
