My name is Tej Ram and I am here to raise funds for my relative Mangal Chand who is 43 years old. Mangal Chand lives in Kothi Village, Manali, Himachal Pradesh with his children & spouse. Mangal Chand is a farmer and only man to support his family.
Mangal Chand is suffering from Kidney failure for a few months. He is receiving Dialysis at Sapphire Healthcare Kullu Hospital, Manali, Himachal Pradesh but not yet admitted. He needs to do Dialysis twice a week and travel every time 50km away from home.
