Myself Poonam Sengar. I am a final year BDS student in Jamia Millia Islamia. My mother has been diagnosed with stanford type B aortic dissection . She has a history of uncontrolled hypertension. Aortic dissection is a clinical emergency and requires urgent surgery. The cost estimate of surgery is 12 lakhs. We are a middle class family and are doing the best to collect the amount but to reach 12 ,00,000 is beyond our capacity. We need your help and blessing urgently.
