Subject- Requesting members to come forward to help provide necessary medical treatment to a dedicated worker at ABV-IIITM Gwalior who is on the ventilator
Respected Sir/Ma'am,
This is to bring to your kind notice that Mr. Rakesh Rajak who has been honestly working as domestic help in Gwalior for the last 15 years is currently admitted in Birla Hospital, Gwalior due to a severe chest infection and is on the ventilator as of now.
He lives in a rented home and his wife is also working yet the family is unable to bear the heavy medical bills from the hospital treatment. He is on the ventilator since 07.08.2019 and the charge of the ventilator is Rs.12,000 per day. The estimated expenditure for a day is Rs. 25,000. His family is in need of fund help for his medical bills.
So, it is requested of you to please kindly come forward and help his family regarding the medical bills situation. He and his family would be highly obliged.
