My name is Dhritikana Talukdar and I am here to fundraise for my relative, Mamita Das.

Mamita Das ,Husband is Tushar Jyoti Das, they belong to a very poor family. Her husband is operating a small stationary shop which is been now collapsed due to the cost of the treatment. She has an 10 years old girl child and an 8 months old son who is uttering  for breastfeeding but she can't.

Mamita Das is 34 years old and is residing in NALBARI, Assam. Mamita Das has been diagnosed with Kidney failure. She needs immediate Kidney Transplant to fully recover. She is being treated at Apollo hospital,Guwahati Which will cost around Rs.1,000,000.00
