At the age of 5, Malleshwar Rao worked odd jobs to sustain himself until he was adopted by a social reformer. 21 years later, Malleshwar Rao, is giving back to society in the form of an initiative “Don’t waste food”, which feeds around 500-2000 people daily in Hyderabad and Volunteering to expand his spark in the other parts of country .


They distribute leftovers from parties and hotels to poor people, waiting outside government hospitals like Osmania hospital and Gandhi hospital. Distribution is done in the night and volunteers work late night till 2AM.  All the expenses incurred for distributing the food is borne by Malleshwar.



There is a difficulty in getting vehicles to distribute the food late night. “We have a plan to buy a Van, instead of depending on public transport to distribute food. We are collecting funds from our family, friends and volunteers but we are falling short of funds” says Malleshwar. He needs your help in buying a Van, so that it becomes easier to distribute food and he can expand his reach to feed the needy.
