My name is Amit Kumar Puran. I am from Rourkela of Sundargarh district Odisha . I am a student and my father is the one and only bread earner of my family. My father is an advocate by profession but due to COVID-19 pandemic , the earning is very little for family's survival. At 30th December 2021 my father got an heart attack and admitted in the nearest hospital(Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Rourkela, Odisha) . He was getting treatment in the hospital and the doctors suggested for Coronary Angiogram test at Apollo Hospital  Bhubaneswar. We took him to Apollo Hospital and the doctors told that there is more than 90% blockage in his heart and for that reason the heart is weakening day by day and suggested to do Angioplasty(surgery) as soon as possible.

For his treatment the estimated cost by the doctors is approximately 350000 and other expenditure. I have used most of the savings for his treatment till now.
