My name is Prashant Dhamale and I am here to raise funds for my brother Madhusudan Shinde who is 27 years old. He lives in Pune, Maharashtra. 

He met with an accident and sustained a Head Injury. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at Sancheti Hospital, Pune. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 3,00,000.
