*Help Madan Raise Funds To Undergo Liver Transplant*

I am Madan Singh Rawat and I am raising funds for me, I need to undergo Liver transplant. Currently is not admitted hospital. The treatment is costing us 25,00,000 and we need funds to continue the treatment .We are unable to pay the required amount because we cannot afford such a huge amount. I was under medication for liver cirrhosis since 4 year in PSRI hospital and all of sudden Doctors told us that they found tumor in the liver because of which it lead to Liver failure and now the only treatment is Liver transplant and that too as soon as possible.

I am 34 year-old, belongs to a family of three, I have a daughter who is just 4 years old. We have already spent 2 Lakhs+ on his treatment and doctor has asked for an expense of INR 2500000 for his Liver transplant which is the only possible way for his survival.

This situation became serious since last month when I was suffering from jaundice. But my situation became worst.
I was thoroughly checked up by the specialists and the doctors have declared it as a tumor in Liver Dr. has been diagnosed with chronic liver dysfunction and Liver transplant is the only treatment for it.

I am seeking help for his treatment as it is very difficult for me to get this huge amount.I request you to kindly contribute towards his treatment and help during this time of need. Each and every contribution is important and can help save my  life.
