Laxmi is 62 year old house wife. She is  very ordinary women.
She is diagnosed with impression: BILATERAL PCOM ANEURYSM WITH EVIDANCE OF RECENT RUPTURE FROM LEFT PCOM AS EVIDANCED BY A TIT ON POSTERIOR SURFACE AND A THROMBUS INVOLVING THE UPPER PART.
