My name is Deepika Purohit, a housewife, and I desperately need funds to support the treatment of my husband, Laxman Purohit, who is suffering from cancer.
He was employed as hospital support staff until he was detected cancer stage one in 2015. In the last six years, we have exhausted all our savings worth Rs.15,00,000 lacs on his operation, Radiation treatment, and Chemotherapy. His treatment is going on at Himalayan Hospital Jolly Grant Dehradun, and we have to spend at least Rs. 20,000 on each of his quarterly tests.
My brother-in-law, who is the only other breadwinner in our family also lost his hand in an unfortunate event and went through a major operation. Since then, our family is struggling to make both ends meet.
We are drained of all our resources and need around Rs.13,00,000 lacs for his upcoming treatment and to sustain our family.
