“Our dearest friend, Lambodhar Mahana. He met with a severe road accident on 12/08/21 in Bengaluru. He was inches away from death when we got to the hospital; we nearly fainted when we first saw him. When we walked into the hospital that night, hours after his accident, we just wasn’t prepared at all. To see our friend lying on the hospital bed, his leg shattered on one side, blood everywhere with fully raptured leg. He looked dead! Not because of the severe pain but because of the long listed hospital bills.
Yes, Lambo is from a remote village of Odisha. He has been working in Bengaluru for last 4 years with a wage of 18k/month. Working miles away from home to just be financially sustainable. Recently, he got married & spent his savings so far in marriage expenditure & house building. It's impossible for him to pay for his treatment which costs 3.5 lakh as the hospital billing. His family, relatives & our school alumni have collected 1 lakh so far. We need more 2.5 lakh. India is the 2nd largest country in terms of population so your single penny for our beloved friend can save his life & family."
