NEED: I am anitha. I am raising fund to help my mother Mrs.Lakshmi get her Lumbar spine operation done.
THE STORY: My mother being from a lower class family and with no support from my alchoholic father, made sure she raised me and my elder well by taking up household jobs and daily wages job whichever came her way. She was confident that my brother would soon share our family burden. All her hopes were killed and life became hard when she lost her son to jaundice in 2011.
She struggled a lot to raise me up and get me married. She totally ignored her long term leg pain to carry the family burden which has now made her totally bedridden. she is diagnosed with a long-term complication called saddle anesthesia, due to which she has lost sensation in her inner thighs, legs, and around the rectum. Doctor recommend her to undergo microdiskectomy. she is suffering with this pain for past 11 years and her operation is due as we couldn’t afford.
My husband and I have spent all our earnings for her treatment. I am now pregnant with my second baby Our earnings are not sufficient enough to even run our family. My mother is now bedridden unable to walk and perform her day to day work.
THE EXPENSE: The operation is estimated to cost around 2lac and we can’t afford to perform her operation. Kindly help her to get recovery from this pain so she can walk again and atleast will be able to perform her day to day work.
She is receiving treatment in j.v.hospital and her operation is scheduled for next month. The reports and estimation slips ante enclosed herewith, Please lend your helping hand. Your small contribution would make a big difference in my mother’s life.
