I am here to raise funds for my friend Kundan Kumar Gupta who is 42 years old. Kundan stays with his family. He has two children- one 11 years old daughter and one 2.5 Years old son. Kundan is the only bread earner in his family.

He is currently seeking out a suitable job. To make a living, his brother works.

Kundan is suffering from a Chronic Kidney Disease from a year. He is receiving Dialysis since last five months in New Max Care Hospital Patna with a frequency of twice a week.

Until now, they have spent about Rs. 4,00,000. They've arranged the amount from savings & loans. Now the situation is such that they cannot even afford the expenditure of one dialysis.
