India.                              Sub : An appeal to get  Fund for the cancer treatment.                                                      With due respect and humble submission, I, Ms. Koyel Mallick, beg to intimate that I'm a Researcher, Former part time Lecturer and Artist , M.Phil in Philosophy. I was preparing myself for PhD study in Philosophy but at present I'm suffering from Breast Cancer ( carcinoma right breast ). Treatment is going on under the guidance of renowned Oncologists Dr. Rakesh Roy and Dr. Arnab Gupta at Saroj Gupta Cancer & Research Institute, Thakurpukur, Kolkata. Radiation therapy completed now hormone therapy is going on. Target therapy will be started very soon. Earlier on 2017, breast cancer occurred and I had completed all the treatment ( six chemo, surgery, 30 radiation) in Chennai. I was well but on 2021, the cancer again reoccurred in the right breast. The hormone therapy plus target therapy are very costly treatment. Medicines are very costly. Now total 6 lakhs and 50,000 is needed to complete the treatment. Recently I admitted at Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital and 2-3 lakhs already spent. In Chennai also around 15 lakhs spent to complete the treatment. Now it's impossible for me to bear the huge expenditure to carry on the treatment. I have carried my previous treatment by selling our valuables and nothing left for the present treatment. In this context, I want to inform you that I was also a bone cancer patient ( Osteosarcoma right upper tibia) on 1999. I had to undergo Wide Resection Prox. Tibia ® CMP Replacement on 1999 under the treatment of renowned Orthopaedic surgeon , Prof. Dr. Mayilvahanan Natarajan at M.N. Orthopaedic Hospital, Chennai and on that time I had to undergo Chemotherapy treatment at Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital in Kolkata under Dr. Saroj Gupta. On 2012, another revision surgery of my leg was done. Stress Fracture CMP Proximal Tibia was diagnosed and Redo CMP Proximal Tibia ® GMRS surgery was done. I've been suffering from so many surgeries, diseases, injuries from 1999 till 2021. My parents had savings but maximum were spent for these major surgeries and treatment ( around 20 lakhs for leg and 12-15 lakhs for breast cancer treatment ). I had spent my personal savings also. Now, we've no money left to continue the treatment of the reoccurrance of the breast cancer. The journey of my life was always a tough one but I never stopped my life. Although I have a prosthesis in my leg, I always continued my life with strong determination and courage, even I danced also. I've written a short write up on my tough struggle of life, career, achievements and future goal. It would be my honour if you kindly go through my website- https://www.koyel.co.in. My aim was to do PhD in Philosophy. That's why to continue my studies; I'd been doing some online job. The amount of my earning was very little. My father is an aged person ( 75 years old ). At present he is jobless, my mother is 64 years old, house wife. In this critical condition, if I do not get your kind and generous help, I have to die slowly.            For your kind information, my target therapy already started on July, first week and medicine is very costly. I would humbly pray to your Honour to be kind enough to help me by sending some fund as soon as possible and thus my family and I would remain ever grateful and obliged to you. Your small contribution can save my life and can give me a new hope of living.     Thanking you,                             With respectful regards,   Yours faithfully,             Koyel Mallick
