We are 2 brothers and 2 sisters, and were found by our rescuer scavenging in a ground used for dumping construction waste. We were just about a month old, but had no mom to feed us. 

We were surviving on the garbage people were throwing near us. By day we searched for food, and by night, watched for trucks so we wouldn't get crushed under them.

We tried, but we couldn't cope. The garbage got to us. We got infected with gasterontitis and our brothers started vomiting blood. Because the infection was contagious, we were separated from them. Our rescuer cared for them and got them treated. When they got better, we were together again. It was good to be a family again.

But we were still weak. Our immunity was very low and one by one, we contracted mange. After months of proper nutrition and care, we are now strong and healthy.  

But we are still looking for our forever family. We didn't know the love of a mother but we want to know the love of a family.

Our rescuer has not been able to find us a home in India and has decided to send us to US. In India our life has no value. So many kids like us are beaten to death every day. But our rescuer believes that every living being deserves a good life and has done everything to keep us out of harm's way. So far, she has taken care of us on her own. But now, she needs help. 

She needs help in getting us to our final destination - away from harm, and to safety. The cost is about USD 1200 for each of us, and every little bit helps us get there.
