My name is Rambabu and I am here to raise funds for my son Kishore who is 4 years old. He lives in Khammam, Telangana with us. He is suffering from Atrial septal defect (ASD)  by birth.

He is receiving medication at Nims Hospital but not yet admitted. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 200000.
