Please help my relative kiran to fight trauma. He is effected with trauma accidentally.  His entire body got paralysed nd doctors said he needs to be treated for 6 months with physiotherapy. They are not at all affordable for this physiotherapy.  We managed for two months but now we dont have money for more 4 months please try to help us
