29 year old Khurram Sarfaraz was doing well at his Job in the middle east when suddenly both his kidneys failed. With regular treatment and dialysis all his savings are used up. His father wanted to donate his kidney to his son but days before the transplant he suffered a cardiac arrest and the doctors advised against it. He now needs support in finding a donor as well as funds for everyday treatment to keep him alive until he finds a donor. He was the only earning member of the family.
